We are excited to announce the successful completion of our three-week field school in bioarchaeology at the medieval site of Crkveno Brdo (Senta, Serbia). 🎉
Over the first two weeks, our team excavated 30 individuals and engaged in an intensive program covering Mortuary Archaeology, Bioarchaeology, Osteology, and the Bioarchaeology of Children. The third week was dedicated to laboratory work, where we analyzed 15 individuals and delved deeper into Bioarchaeology and Paleopathology. Participants also received comprehensive training in Dental Anthropology and Cremation.
