The Aita Bioarcheology team also offers its professional services of excavation and analyses of human skeletal remains for national and international companies, associations, public and private entities.
We consider that the presence of a Field Anthropologist in the excavations is essential to extract all the possible information from the burial. All those valuable data on the type of burial, the presence or absence of funeral goods, the position of the individual, posterior changes or movements in the grave, type of burial (if it is collective or multiple burials), the possible reductions of remains… would be lost if a professional Field Anthropologist is not present in the excavation and during the exhumation of the human skeletal remains.
Aita Bioarcheology services include Field Anthropology and/or Anthropological and Paleopathological analysis, necessary for the correct laboratory report.
